01Using this website

Use this website lawfully and for your own personal purposes. Do not scrape, spam, or misuse the site or its booking tools. Website content is general information about the services and is not a promise of a specific result for a specific vehicle.

02Live appointment confirmation

A standard detailing appointment is confirmed only after the $50 deposit succeeds through Stripe, the selected time is re-verified, and the confirmation page shows the appointment as booked.

For ceramic coating, your preferred time is placed on the calendar, then a follow-up call confirms the final quote, preparation, warranty details, and appointment.

03Pricing, scope, and payment

Published prices are starting prices. Ceramic coating starts at $899 for the 5-year system, $1,299 for the 8-year system, and $2,199 for the Luxe-backed lifetime system. SUVs and crossovers add $100, and trucks, vans, and larger vehicles add $175. Wheel and glass coating are $75 each on the 5-year and 8-year systems.

The $50 deposit is credited toward the final total, and the balance is due as shown on your invoice. Any revision to scope or price is explained before extra work begins, and you may decline it.

04Vehicle condition and access

Tell Luxe Detailing Hawaii about fragile, damaged, or aftermarket surfaces before service. Not every defect can be corrected. Unless another setup is agreed in advance, the appointment requires legal parking, property permission, an accessible exterior water faucet, and a standard electrical outlet within practical reach. Luxe may pause, reschedule, or decline work when conditions are unsafe.

05Deposit and cancellation policy

• At least 24 hours before the appointment, the deposit can be transferred once to a new time, or refunded on request.
• Less than 24 hours before, a no-show, no vehicle or site access, or no exterior water and standard power: Luxe may keep the $50 as a late-cancellation or no-show fee.
• If Luxe cancels, you choose a transfer or a refund.
• If a time slot disappears during checkout, an automatic refund is attempted.

06Scheduling and mobile-service conditions

Weather and travel can affect mobile appointments. A reschedule is complete only when Luxe Detailing Hawaii confirms it.

07Appointment communications

Transactional appointment texts are sent only with your consent. Reply STOP to opt out. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment.

08Intellectual property and links

Content on this website belongs to Luxe Detailing Hawaii. Links to third-party services, such as Instagram, lead to sites controlled by their own providers.

Information on this website is general and may change. Final scope, timing, and pricing are confirmed for each vehicle before service.
