How Luxe Detailing Hawaii collects, uses, and shares information when you book mobile detailing.

01Information collected

When you book, Luxe Detailing Hawaii may collect your name, mobile number, email, vehicle details, service address and ZIP code, selected services and enhancements, appointment time, text-consent status, and a deposit or payment reference. Card details are handled only by Stripe. Luxe does not ask for government ID, passwords, or vehicle title information.

02How information is used

Information is used to check that the service address is on Oʻahu, show the location on a map, display availability, schedule and manage appointments, verify starting estimates, send texts when you have consented, provide support, keep records, and prevent misuse.

03Who information is shared with

Information is shared only with the services needed to run bookings: HighLevel for the calendar, contacts, and text messaging; Google Maps Platform for address checks and map previews; and Stripe for deposits and refunds. Luxe Detailing Hawaii does not sell personal information.

04Retention and protection

Information is kept only as long as it is needed for the purposes above and is protected with reasonable safeguards.

05Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information. Reply STOP to any appointment text to opt out of texts.

06Children

This website and its booking tools are not directed to children under 13.
