Mobile Detailing at an Oʻahu Condo or Workplace: Booking Checklist

Having your car detailed while you are at home or at work is one of the main benefits of mobile detailing. Condos and workplaces, though, often have rules and physical limits that a driveway does not. A few minutes of checking before you book can save a wasted trip.

Use this checklist to make sure your location is ready.

The short answer

Confirm property permission, accessible parking, gate and height limits, and any time restrictions before you book.

Confirm property rules before choosing a date

  • Check whether building or property management allows on-site detailing.
  • Find out if there are restricted hours.
  • Confirm access to an exterior water faucet and a standard electrical outlet.
  • Ask whether advance notice or a vendor registration is needed.

Describe parking and vehicle access accurately

Tell us where the car will be: a garage level, an open lot, a reserved stall or a street. Mention gates, access codes and height limits. Accurate details help the detailer arrive prepared.

If the car will be in a parking structure, check the height clearance and whether a faucet and outlet are reachable from that level. Small details like these are often what decide whether a location works.

Let the detailer confirm setup needs

The detailer needs legal parking and workable space around the car. Avoid loading zones and fire lanes. If you are unsure whether a spot will work, describe it and let the detailer confirm before the appointment.

Unless another setup has been agreed in advance, the appointment relies on an accessible exterior water faucet and a safe standard electrical outlet within practical reach of the car.

Plan for weather and workplace timing

Leave a buffer for weather, and make sure the car will be available for the whole appointment window. If you need to step away from work to hand over keys, plan for that too.

Rain can affect exterior work, and some buildings limit when vendors can be on site. If either is a concern, mention it in your booking request so timing can be discussed.

What to include in the booking request

  • Vehicle year, make, model and type.
  • Service address and ZIP code.
  • Preferred date.
  • Preferred time window.
  • Contact details.

If you need to reschedule at least 24 hours ahead, your $50 deposit can be transferred once or refunded on request. No vehicle or site access, or missing water and power, can count as a late cancellation under the booking terms.
